PRODUCTS AND INGREDIENTS
1. What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
We use premium-grade, clean-burning soy wax — sustainably sourced and vegan. It’s biodegradable, non-toxic, and gives a long-lasting, even burn.
2. Are your candles safe and non-toxic?
Yes. All our fragrance oils are either infused with essential oils or sourced from trusted, clean, IFRA-certified suppliers. No parabens, no phthalates, no harmful additives — just a conscious burn.
3. What kind of wicks do you use?
We use FSC-certified wooden wicks for that soft, crackling glow. They are untreated and ethically sourced.
4. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. Every candle is 100% vegan and never tested on animals. Our love for light doesn’t cost the planet or its beings.
5. What size are the candles and how long do they burn?
Each candle contains approx. 135g of wax, with an estimated burn time of 25–30 hours, depending on candle care.
SCENT AND EXPERIENCE
6. How strong are your fragrances?
Our candles are designed to fill small to medium-sized rooms with a gentle, intentional throw — neither overpowering nor too faint. Think soft background music, not loudspeakers.
7. What if I don’t like the scent I received?
We recommend checking scent descriptions before buying. Since each candle is hand-poured in small batches, we currently do not offer returns based on personal scent preferences.
8. Do you use essential oils or synthetic fragrances?
We use both, blended consciously. Many of our candles contain essential oils infused in safe, clean fragrance blends to enhance longevity and aroma quality.
CANDLE CARE
9. How do I get the best burn from my candle?
- Let it burn for 2–3 hours the first time so the wax melts evenly.
- Always trim the wooden wick to 1/4 inch before lighting.
- Burn on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts.
10. Why is my candle tunneling or burning unevenly?
Tunneling can happen if you extinguish it too early on the first burn. Let it create a full melt pool from edge to edge before blowing it out.

11. Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship across India. We’re working to expand globally very soon.
12. How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of ₹60 for standard shipping across India. Free shipping may apply on select orders and drops.
13. When will my order ship?
We dispatch within 3–5 working days of your order. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is packed with love and light.
14. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we accept prepaid orders only to maintain a smoother and safer fulfillment process.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
15. Can I return or exchange my candle?
Due to the fragile and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Read our Return Policy for details.
PAYMENTS
16. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Razorpay — including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Your information is protected and encrypted.
