We craft our candles with care, intention, and quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:
- The item is damaged during transit
- You received the wrong product
To be eligible:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
Refunds
If your product is eligible:
- Email us suvaasa.work@gmail.com with your order ID, unboxing video, and clear images of the issue.
- Once verified, we will initiate either:
- A replacement (based on stock availability), or
- A full refund (credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days)
Note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for scent preferences or minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.

- All orders are processed within 2-4 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as the order ships
🚛 Shipping Timelines
- Metro cities: 3-6 working days
- Non-metro & remote areas: 5-10 working days
- Please allow additional time during peak periods
💸 Shipping Charges
- We offer flat shipping at ₹60 across India
- Free shipping may be applicable on select promotional offers or order minimums (keep an eye on our Instagram)
